​Important Info for Vendors

Spaces inside
(10' X 10' ) are $300 for an area not along the wall, $325 for  area along the wall
(for electrical usage), outside areas (approximately
12' X 12' ) are $400.

Vendor hours for September 11, 12 & 13, are as follows:
Friday 5 to 9:30 PM. 
Saturday 11 AM to
 9:30 PM
Sunday noon to 8 PM

No CASH will be accepted.  FULL payment must be sent for application to be considered complete. Incomplete applications will not be considered valid. 
Applications MUST be received by 8/31/2013.

    Please complete below:

    - Spaces inside (10' X 10' ) are $300 for an area not along the wall, $325 for area along the wall (for electrical usage), outside areas (approximately 12' X 12' ) are $400
    - Please note that spaces will be assigned based on availability and on a first come, first serve basis.

    Vendors will need to provide their OWN tables for displaying their items.   We will NOT have any tables to spare during the fair.  Vendors may use an Easy Up, to hang items on and to define their selling area. 

    Once applications have been processed, vendors will be assigned an area and will be sent additional information, including a map with their location number and a pass to enter the hall for pre-sale set up.  This pass MUST be worn during the entire Fair for security reasons.

    The Hall will be available for set-up on Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  All set-up MUST BE COMPLETED by 2 p.m. Friday afternoon.  Vendors must close on time and are responsible for keeping their area clean.  Security will announce the closing of the Hall, 15 minutes prior to closing.  Please complete transactions and close promptly, as security will need to inspect the Hall prior to lock up for the night.  Vendors must secure their own area at closing.  Vendors located outside must secure AND COVER their items at closing.
